Stretch-N-Grow San Antonio
Stretch-N-Grow SA runs children’s enrichment programs for preschools and daycares across San Antonio, Texas. When I started, they had a Wix website that wasn’t ranking, an inconsistent posting schedule, and a school director outreach campaign they wanted to launch, but nothing was delivered yet.
24 months later, I’d rebuilt their website from scratch in WordPress using Bricks Builder. I’d written over 100 emails for their brand — a notable campaign being the 56-email campaign to cold school directors, which netted $20K in revenue — and an additional $45,000 in pipeline revenue tracked inside GoHighLevel. (Note: We hadn’t gotten GHL until Q4 of 2025, so there was no way to track revenue acquired by marketing until then.)
56-Email Campaign, achieving 49.43% average CTR
I wrote and sent 56 emails to a cold list of school directors across San Antonio, Texas. Every email was written from scratch, by a human, coded into custom HTML with Claude, and scheduled on a T/W/Th cadence inside GoHighLevel.
By emails 11 through 14, the campaign averaged 49.43% click-to-open across 2,251 delivered emails. The industry average is around 5 and 10%.
The angles that worked were based on these variables: relief for the employees at the centers we were targeting, urgency in our offer, an occasional discount offer for people who looked but didn’t buy, and emails that sounded like they came from someone who’d actually walked into a preschool before. They were all based on 2 things: pain points, and writing emails that looked and SOUNDED human.

Website Migration from Wix to WordPress, Ranked #1 on Google
Wix was limited. It had limited features, limited SEO capabilities, and the original website wasn’t very strong, design-wise. So, I researched a migration path, picked WordPress + Hostinger, and handled the domain transfer myself to prevent downtime during the switch.
Built the new site on a subdomain with Bricks Builder. Set up on-page SEO through Rank Math. Conducted keyword research with Semrush. Then transferred the site back to the main domain: stretchngrowsa.com. Within weeks of launch, it ranked #1 on Google for local keywords and started pulling 1,000+ more monthly blog views than the old site did.

During my 24 months at Stretch-N-Grow SA, I wrote every caption for Instagram and Facebook. I tested hooks, new ideas, and different strategies that would get parents to click and sign up for their childcare programs. It was pure awareness and conversion marketing.
The SNG SA content schedule was managed within Notion and scheduled separately in Metricool. Though, as I’ll get into later, I eventually created a Make.com automation that automatically grabbed content from Notion when the Status property was changed and scheduled it in Metricool… without us touching a thing! I also used meta-prompting to train Gemini AI to write in the SNG SA brand voice. This cleared a months-long caption backlog without losing the tone. Best reel with this method: 4,100 views.

Built 6 automations across GoHighLevel and Make.com
We began using GoHighLevel in Q4 of 2025. In that time, I set up the GHL email subdomain, built parent inquiry automations linked to iClassPro, and built a Make.com integration that pushed Notion content straight to Metricool the moment a post was marked as Scheduled.
Through this, there was less copy-and-pasting between tools, less redundancy, and things moved much quicker.
