Hey, it's your friendly neighborhood Stretch-n-Grow!
Teacher burnout usually doesn't start with a dramatic speech. It starts quietly.
A teacher who used to bring fun ideas stops having the energy. Someone who loved circle time starts counting the minutes until lunch. A great staff member still shows up and still cares, but you can tell the job is taking more from her than she can keep giving.
"I can't keep doing this."
And now you've got the worst kind of problem. Not a bad employee problem. A good employee who's exhausted problem.
Snacks help. Thank-you cards help. Saying "we appreciate you" helps too, if you actually mean it. But appreciation can't replace relief.
That's one reason directors bring in Stretch-n-Grow. When our coach runs a session, your teachers get a real window where someone capable is fully engaging the kids. They can reset, prep, breathe, or just not be "on" for a little while.
That might sound small to someone who's never worked in a classroom full of young children. To your teachers, it might be the thing that helps them make it to Friday with their soul still attached.
If your team could use that kind of support, fill out the form and we'll explain the programs.

P.S. Please tell your teachers we said they're doing harder work than most people realize.
