Hey, it's your friendly neighborhood Stretch-n-Grow!
There's a parent at your center right now who's probably thinking about leaving. Rude way to open an email, I know. But it happens all the time.
She hasn't complained. She hasn't pulled her child out. She may have smiled at drop-off this morning and said, "Have a good day!" like everything was fine. Then at lunch, she opened another center's website.
Not because your school is bad. That'd be easier, weirdly. At least then you'd know what to fix. The more dangerous version is when her child comes home safe, clean, and cared for, but doesn't seem excited about anything.
"Maybe we should look around."
That's the sentence directors hate, because it doesn't stay neatly contained inside one family. It becomes a conversation with another parent. It becomes a quiet comparison. It becomes one empty spot you now have to fill in the middle of an already ridiculous week.
Your teachers can be wonderful and this can still happen. Your curriculum can be solid and this can still happen. Because for a young child, "solid" isn't always enough to make school feel exciting.
That's where Stretch-n-Grow comes in. We bring Soccer, Dance, Fitness, Music, Foam Parties, and other on-site enrichment programs that give kids something to look forward to and parents something they actually hear about at dinner.
And when a child starts saying, "Is today Stretch-n-Grow day?" Well. That's a much better lunch-break search result for you.
We've seen this at 200+ schools across San Antonio. If you'd like to see how it could work at your center, fill out the form here:
